Returns and Refunds

At Maits, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law and want to you feel confident shopping with us.

Change of Mind

We can offer an exchange for change of mind if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • We will cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty.
  • Please provide photos and your order number when contacting us.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at hello@maitscups.com.au with your order details.
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending your item.
  3. Use a trackable shipping method - we are not responsible for lost returns. 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
