For international orders, shipping via DHL Express is available at checkout. Rates are calculate directly via DHL. 

ALL international orders are subject to duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer. These charges differ per country and region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Maits. 

ALL duties and taxes charges are now charged at checkout and are powered / calculated by Shopify. [As at 20/11/25]

As duties and taxes are charged at checkout, all shipments are sent via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price you pay at checkout—so your order arrives without any surprise charges at the door.

These duties and taxes are paid directly to your local customs authority and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
